    School & College Educational Visits

DB Nature Hub provides an engaging environment where school and college students can learn directly from nature and farming practices. The visit offers students an opportunity to step outside the classroom and explore how agriculture works in real life.

Students can walk through farm fields, observe different crops, and explore areas such as the herbal garden, aromatic garden, vegetable plots, and the Insect Museum. These spaces help them understand plant diversity, the importance of insects in agriculture, and how different elements of nature work together in an ecosystem.

One of the highlights of the visit is learning about farm animals and their role in agriculture. Students can see animals such as cows, goats, poultry, and other farm animals that are commonly reared in rural farms. They learn how these animals support farming through products like milk, eggs, manure, and natural pest control, and how animal waste is used as organic manure to improve soil fertility.

Students also observe everyday farm activities such as planting, watering, crop care, compost preparation, and harvesting. These experiences help them understand the concept of sustainable agriculture, where crops, animals, soil, and natural resources are managed in a balanced and eco-friendly way.

The visit also introduces the idea of “farm to table”, showing how food is grown in the field, harvested, and eventually reaches our homes. By seeing this process firsthand, students gain a deeper appreciation for the hard work of farmers and the importance of agriculture in our daily lives.

Through guided farm walks, interactive explanations, and hands-on observation, the visit becomes both educational and memorable, helping students connect knowledge with real-world experience
